This ass munch knocked a shitload of important game messages off with his spamming my PMs so much.

And this accusation has been out a while and the mods have done nothing. This is the exception to that rule.

One of the most needed features of the site is to block PM's from a person, IMO.

Out of curiosity, what's the evidence on him? I cursory glance at those three doesn't make anything obvious.

They play together a lot, but not always. I didn't look at games though - are they always allied?

He seems to be pretty terrible at cheating though, he's only managed to draw one game...

The evidence is that he's behaving exactly like a user named "magnificent" did before he got banned a month and a half ago. PM spamming, shitty English, in-game spamming, and he uses two or three accounts that say the exact same thing.

I would know -- I reported magnificent and saw him banned. It's the same person, I guarantee it.

As far as them not always playing together, with CD takeovers we wouldn't be able to say for sure.

This guy and his accounts lose almost every game they play. They are complete garbage at diplomacy and obviously don't know that you can only gain SC's after the Autumn phase. Just watching the first 4 phases of any game they have played in and the moves make no sense what so ever. It would literally take a full game of CD's and 20 game years for this guy to win a game.

So is the rule now that you should only cheating accusations if you are really sure?
