I think civilized trolls are actually more effective, at least on civilized forums. I think those who rant and rave would just be ignored here.

The first three just start up threads about random things that can get fairly annoying. Some of denis' threads can be fun though. Sicarius at least has intelligent threads that can turn into decent debates, and jman777 for starting that damn last person thread. Oh and I don't consider people like draugnar as trolls because he generally doesn't start dumb topics, he just joins in on them.

I don't get how denis is a troll at all. Sure, he starts random threads about random topics but they aren't annoying and those don't constitute a troll...
