Just to clarify.

if i set all my orders, but never click finalize, do the orders happen when the clock strikes 0? or does not clicking finalize cause CD?

question on Touch Variant rules

Can folks who have played the Touch variant lend their perspective/what rules they used on whether two powers that "had touch" during spring, and then no longer had touch in retreat phase, can speak to each other during the retreat phase or not?

Convoy rules

This now works properly correct? The convoy is not disrupted unless the convoying fleets in question are DISLODGED, not just attacked?

What does the purple line mean exactly?Also when 2 armies attack 1 army and the 2 armies win does the other army that lost explode and go away?The explosion on the map indicates the "removal" of the army/fleet, right?

I normally win 3-0 on the games I play because, I say it and people don't beleive it, and choose scisscors (WTFruitcake? if they were smart they would choose rock, the dummies, because they would think I excpect em to choose paper to kill the rock, and choose scicors so rock would own me, but no, most choose scissors... its kinda weird really) so I win 1 with rock, then I say it again, " I always choose rock." and they get paranoid again and choose sciccors again... This is when you have to judge the person to see if they are paranoid or just annoyed. If just annoyed choose sciccors, if still paranoid keep with rock xD

@rratcliff No, that's unauthorized use of a computer.

@xcurlyxfries Considering this kinda thing isn't unique to this form of diplomacy I don't think it's a necessarily a secret. But you were outed before he confirmed it. I'd always suspicious of screenshots sent my way, it's not necessary and doesn't prove anything. Chrispminis was probably obligated to confirm it had anyone been correct. It's not fair to let on about a huge secret best ever diplomacy tactic that could possibly ensure victory and not tell anyone.

umm, hell yeah it is. Thats like having the lottery number and not giving ti to anyone else.

Totally fine, but when you check to see if its legal and the officiator gives it out after just random speculation, that gets rather annoying.

Come on you two, stop bickering!
Curly had a question, and wasn't very subtle about it. He could have found our emails directly from our profiles, and its not hard to get hold of us. dangermouse is near the top of the hall-of-fame, I'm somewhere around the middle, and we all make frequent comments on the forum - most threads have a post from Chrispy or me in them. However, he didn't post it here and ask everyone to criticise it.
Anyway, in true milestails spirit, lets all just get along and be friends :)

we have someone who wants to quit a game but does not know how, I also realized I could not tell him because i also do not know how.
