When the Games are turned back on... What then????
Will all of my games be due in the middle of the night or something? Will i go cd if i am not here when it happens? Will there be a (at least) 12 hour lull to give us time to get our orders in?

So - we all get the night off from Diplomacy. Maybe I won't dream about how to take Bulgaria from Turkey without losing Sevastapol for the first time in weeks. :-)
Look, if this Gamemaster character can't make his moves on time he's just going to have to NMR like everyone else, I'm not in favor of pausing for him. If the time frame is too short, join games with longer phase lengths! Sheesh!
xcurlyxfries- do you not get that a free site has issues that cannot ALWAYS be addressed in live time? sometimes unless you wanna make a HUGE donation, we have to wait.
Watch tv, read a book, tallk to loved ones or something... else have you no life that EVERYDAY depends on this site? Really..
What happens when the gamemaster is resumed? Will games be paused or just start the new phase at that time (subject to the inevitable processing backlog, of course)?

Obviously it depends on Kestas' decision, but this is the first time I know of that Gamemaster has been removed without the site being taken down. As such you can all enter your games so arguably no time is actually lost. Anyway, basically I don't know! Keep playing in your games though, because you might not get an extension.
Oh, and thanks Dingle for posting this - I was amazed at the number of threads saying the gamemaster was gone! Lets hope people read it and try and keep it near the top of the forum!

For the last month or so I’ve watched with amazement as this forum has been hijacked by Diplomat1824. Somehow this immature brat has managed to incense otherwise reasonable users of this site and his mind-numbingly obnoxious posts continue to draw the attention of a surprisingly large number of intelligent people who - no offense - really should know better.
i got into the website before a few hours and saw that half of my games are ending "dew now". Now i got into the website again and it still says that they are ending "dew now". is that my problem or the website's problem?
I havent been on the site in a while and I dont remember a whole lot, is there anyway to PM someone through the site? or do you have to publicly or in a game ask for an email?
Can moderators unpause this game or get rid of where is chick?

that requested for GameMaster to be banned. I think he pissed him off! I can't find the thread anymore (wonder why ... GameMaster ...?) but I'm pretty sure it was one of the usual troublemakers - Dingle, figgle, alamothe, aoe3, friendly, someone like that. Perhaps you should ban them all and maybe GameMaster will come back to play ...
The New Years' Ghost-rating list is ready. The PPSC formula has been changed, to make it much more accurate. In particular the fallacy of expected result>18/34 has been resolved. And..... We now have a new number 1!
