So trumps going to create a bunch of non-sustainable jobs by blowing his load on expensive/dirty projects that add nothing to our overall economy long term and they add nothing to our overall resources or defense. They will briefly stimulate a few manufacturing jobs which will dry up shortly after. This is his big plan for saving america from itself

These are govt jobs anyway. Brief contracts that upon completion add more liability anyway from oil spills, upkeep, imagine if a child climbs the wall.and dies because its too big

Also why arent these projects being outsourced to private companies or small businesses. Why isnt there a kickstarter fund to make the wall if its such a popular idea. Why make taxpayers buy it? Just have special interest fund it exclusively

If the wall was such a great plan why didnt pat buchannan get it built by wealthy donors from within the republican party. Its clearly republicans ONLY who want the wall, so why is it a taxpayer driven plan? Why cant WEALTHY republicans who WANT the wall get it paid for by kickstarter and private contractors and simply get it built? Surely a wall couldve been built behind the existing one by simply rallying support from landowners across the region who WANT it. Assume they do...

I dont understand why Republicans who want LOWER TAXES, Private Sector Jobs, Small Federal Govt. Want to SPEND massive loads of money on a project every expert and their brother says will cost BILLIONS and not improve by even 1% the actual issue of illegal immigration. Not even 1%
