No, it's fine. I completely admit to choosing that example in an effort to see if you'd cave. =P It's not a terrible thing to say -- in my shoes I'm condemning people to die of gun misuse. What I meant is that I have more tolerance for straight PDA, but I still don't like it. Everyone should behave appropriately in public and keep it in the bedroom. It's pretty disgusting that I even have to say that. It should be a social expectation, like holding doors open for people.

You would have committed assault with a weapon, even if it wasn't as the weapon was intended to beused *and* you would have brought a firearm into an establishment serving liquor, pretty much a felony in *every* state in the union. You don't get it. Hitting anyone, even with your fist, is a crime if they haven't hit you first. If they keep it up, smack their face open handed. If they try to grab your bodily parts, knew them in the groin. But no matter what they do, do not use a weapon, even a beer bottle, or you are guilty of felony assault.

I actually have a speedo brand suit stuffed in the bottom of the cedar chest and it isn't a banana hammock or the skin tight suit they are known for. It's a more traditional swimsuit and I could wear it back when I was a size 32 waist.

I never said I would do that in a bar or other liquor establishment. But I would do it just about anywhere else. Besides, it wouldn't get to that point. I don't know anybody, gay or straight, who has the balls to look down the barrel of a gun and continue to piss off the owner of said gun.
