Abgemacht, read zultar's explanation and see my response to his point 1. I don't understand that policy that the moderators have. I don't believe it makes any sense. i would like clarification and discussion regarding it (in a different place as Draugnar has ruined this thread by showing up).

The mods will *always* err on the side of caution. They have chosen, as a matter of policy, to reduce false positives at the expensive of increased false negatives. If you don't agree with that philosophy, there isn't much I can do to help you.

In regards to point 1: Some evidence very strongly indicates cheating. Coordinated moves simply isn't. If a mod is asking you for specific moves, I suspect it is because there are *no* indications of cheating save for the suspicious moves that caused you to make the accusation. The mods can both save time and be sure they haven't missed anything, by asking you to be as specific as possible.

I understand, I have no problems being as specific as possible, but I do feel that intuition and the examples I made are enough to warrant an investigation being started. I always was given the impression by the mods that this was not enough to even warrant investigation. Evidence and proof are different, but evidence not mean that proof should be searched for?

As far as I can tell, all of your emails resulted in an investigation. That does not mean, however, that the mods have contacted every player you've accused. It may mean the case is just sitting on the backburner until more evidence arises.

I found zultars message to be perfectly clear. It is possible that some mods have communication issues but for the most part user feedback is good. Quite frankly, you've made it no secret that you dislike all the mods on this site professionally and most of them personally, so a communication barrier is somewhat understandable, if not acceptable. But, for what it's worth, I've seen no indication that your accusations have ever been handled differently than any other cases.

I want to improve the process. Zultar's message seems to ay don't bother e-mailing if you can't prove it yourself. Or point us to exactly how we should use the mystery tools we have. All i wanted to discuss.

I hate zultar, Geofram and Draugnar personally. They all make this site a worse place to visit.

The rest, I have an issue with the system. I quite like fk and I think yebellz is pleasant despite being kind of a pain to play with.

That is not what I took zultar's post to mean at all. And even if it was, I think the rules, the mods, and the community as a whole do an excellent job of promoting contacting the mods.

I still disagree with Zultar AND Lando for handling their situation, but I feel honored that they both decided to PM me and let me know the whole aspect of the situation. This is a communication issue which could easily be solved, but too much history and negative things have been said unfortunately.

Lando - I distinctly remember having a very civil discussion about your name. And why do you hate me? Not that it matters if some stranger on the internet dislikes me, but hate is an awfully strong word to bandy about like you do. I probably agree with you there. I probably don't hate you at all, but you do annoy the hell out of me.
