@ckroberts - yeah, it was huge. But that's almost half of the drop-outs of the previous Masters, which had 31. RR should help fix that a bit, but even then a lot of the people who dropped requested to be dropped. Those who CD'd I kept track of, and they won't be allowed to participate again.
ssorenn, I did my best to do a TL;DR version on the front page of the thread, but I'll go over it again here. Thanks Tru for taking the initiative and starting to organize a list.
The Masters - WTA tournament where you play every player and every country exactly once. Scores are 1 point for a solo, and that's it. Tie-breaks are done by the number of draws and head-to-head results. 36 hour phase lengths, anon.
The Leagues - Metagaming-encouraged tournament. You play four games against the same players. Together you form one "league". At the end of play, the people with the highest scores move up to a higher league, while those with the lowest are bumped down to a lower league. Scoring is 12

for a win, 12/n for a draw. SC count is the tie-break. 25 hour phases, non-anon.
The World Cup - 14 or 21 region-based teams of four players. There are two rounds of play. The teams with the highest scores from the first round advance to the second. 2 Full Press players, 1 PP player and 1 gunboat player. Scoring is 420 for a win, 420/n for a draw (halved for gunboat games, since there are two). 36 hour phases, anon.
