Cannibalism has nothing to do with murder. Sure you can commit murder in the process of eating someone else. But if they are already dead (victims in a plane crash in the Andes for instance) then you aren't committing murder, but you are still performing cannibalism.

I've eaten lots of different types of meat but not human.Have a friend who is an entomologist who has another buddy also entomogist who cooks up and prepares sometimes raw every type of insect very intresting as a chef it is neat to try different things.
On the cannibalism thing I can bet that there is a black market out there where if one wanted with the right resources and connections you could get some human flesh to try.Lots of unexplained murders and disappearences around the world.
