Anyways....
Thinking about leaving because of the liberal idiots infesting this site? Don't!
Just join the newly forming CCDC! (Conservative Christian Diplomat Club)

We will have our own debates about our own sorts of things, and shun the liberal pansy trolls! Not Christian, but strongly conservative? You can still join as a Recruited Member.

I guess my fiscal conservative, social liberal, spiritual but not religious (i.e. not bible-thumping literal interpretation tool of the "Christian" fat cat get rich quick televangelists and Baptist preachers) doesn't qualify. So I'll have to start threads and use the CCDC name and all anyhow just to troll and annoy.
I don't see how you can create threads where only your members may join
fuzzyhartle1 (100 D)
17 Apr 12 UTC
Draugnar you can join read the thing above and you to Chanakya. also this isnt ment for this website. and the point of the club is to troll jackbutt's like you guys who troll and put down anyone who claims their faith. well done you proved my point a second time (actually 3 times).
I don't troll at all, and have not attacked anyone's faiths ever on this forum. I was just curious because he was saying don't leave the site, which implies it is something for the site.
Draugnar (0 DX)
17 Apr 12 UTC
@fuzzy - Please don't lump me in with the truly anti-Christian. I'm just anti-evangelists who say "Do as I say, not as I do". The Jim Bakkers of the community. Real Christianity doesn't require a literal interpretation of the Bible and, in fact, my own church believs in the sanctity and importance of the Bible, but not the literal interpretation. *That* is the only "Christianity" I have a problem with - the literalist Bible-thumping morons who listen to their preacher and never bother to actually read it cover to cover and taker *their own* interpretations out of it. They question one thing and they are told "no, you're wrong. This is what it means." and they accept it like the weak-minded lemmings they are.
fuzzyhartle1 (100 D)
17 Apr 12 UTC
What kind of church do you go to. I go to "The church of christ" not the "united church of christ" we dont use insturments in worship. The Bible is the most important thing and what yu said is the samething as anti-christan. becuase "the great comision" says to convert everyone so you need to evangilise. you also do need a literal translation becuase if it is not literal then you wont be able to take anything serious. my church teaches us to not believe anything (that people say about the bible) unless it is proven in the bible. @ ancient- its for mainly the minor site but the point of the club is becuase of people on this club that troll everyone on this site with a bunch of crap. ^Example number 1 and 2.
Draugnar (0 DX)
17 Apr 12 UTC
@fuzzy - So because I go to the Lutheran Church which has been around a lot longer than your Church of Christ but doesn't believe Genesis Chapter 1 is to be interpreted literally along with a number of other sections which clearly ignore the facts of the universe and even our own solar system as we understand them today, then I'm not a real Christian?

Please, when you die and go before Christ, he will cast you out into the darkness where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. You want to know why? Because you would deny others from coming to him through his calling and require them to only come in *your* way, not his.

In so denying the Christianity of others, you pass judgment on them.

"Either how canst thou say to thy brother, Brother, let me pull out the mote that is in thine eye, when thou thyself beholdest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of thine own eye, and then shalt thou see clearly to pull out the mote that is in thy brother's eye. For a good tree bringeth not forth corrupt fruit; neither doth a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. For every tree is known by his own fruit. For of thorns men do not gather figs, nor of a bramble bush gather they grapes. A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh." Luke 6:42-46

So, if someone doe that which is right before God - gives selfishly without expecting any return or bows down and calls Jesus "Lord of all." - then he is a Christian for a an unclean heart can not do those things above, yet you would both judge them and find them wanting despite Jesus' teachings to the contrary. Take that to your preacher and see what he says.

In fairness, Draug, you did just kind of equate everybody who takes the Bible literally with weak-minded Jim Bakker-like lemmings who haven't actually read it.
fuzzy is not the person being the most insulting to those who disagree with him here.
Draugnar (0 DX)
17 Apr 12 UTC
No, only those who insist that you *must* take it literally to be a "true Christian". I have no problem if someone takes it literally, only with people who denounce my faith because I don't.
Draugnar (0 DX)
17 Apr 12 UTC
And you can tell by the spelling and grammar that Fuzzy isn't a learned man. Perhaps he is in Jr. High. But he clearly parrots his preacher and hasn't read much and doesn't actually understand scripture, getting his interpretation from some overbearing preacher who thinks he is the mouthpiece of God.

Draignar. It was about 2am so i dont care for spelling. I have read almost the whole bible front to back becuase that is what my church is about. Not preacher's word for it. If you had listened to what i said you would know that. So you countered yourself becuase you said jesus way. If you believe that the bible is the only way but dont believe everything in the bible then you are saying the bible is faulse so just be quiet becuase you obviously arent a true christan just a person who goes on sunday. Post the great comision. mathew 23 in here and tell me what it says. Also i never said my way to be right you just took it that way and said that your church is right over myn. if you dont believe genisis 1 then you dont believe God made man or the universe so you dont have full faith in God as the all mighty power. thank you Draugnar for proving two points of myn. Im not in jr. High.

Also if you hate one person then you arent following everything in the Bible. "Love thy enemy as thy neighbor" and many other comandment's.
fuzzyhartle1 (100 D)
17 Apr 12 UTC
one more thing. My church is set up and maintained exactly how the Bible says it to be not how people are said to be. We dont go on tradition or anything like that. The two people you named up there i have nothing to do with them. they are probably Baptisted or something in that sort but they are bringing more people to Christ than you are.

Did anyone follow fuzzy's rambling, poorly spelled missive? His excuse was the first post was at 2 am. I got that. But this post would have been at 11 am. What's the excuse this time? Matthew 23 is all about Jesus teaching that works are not to be an outward expression to be seen by others and rewarded by the same. But they are supposed to be done in private and for the glory of the Father. What does this have to do with taking Genesis literally? Only Paul advocates a 100% literal interpretation and Paul has plenty of failings in his writings.

Fuzzy problem is this - he disagrees with you saying some scripture is not to be taken literally....so....OK...let's look at the 4 gospels, each of which has a *different* version of the story of Christ...different people are reported to do and say different things at the same time....so what...God has written about a Multi-verse, huh?

Fuzzy - nice parroting your preacher....now go back and actually read the book front to back instead of saying you have while picking your nose in a pew. I *have* read it front to back, and much of it many times. I've studied it, have a sack of reference books and a lot of personal writings on the Bible.

I don't think you have read it based upon your rambling, as *clearly* not every word is to be taken as literal truth. Anology is not literal truth, for example. The parables are not literal truth, for example. But this is just wasting time, I suppose, as you clearly demonstrate a brain-washed attitude, as opposed to rational examination of what you read. The Bible *can* be true without every story being literal.
fuzzyhartle1 (100 D)
17 Apr 12 UTC
krellin you are sounding dumb. the verses are the same just worded differently and you have no place to say anything do to you dont believe in it. Sorry its mathew 28 were the great comision is. im not saying the Parables to be taken literal but the message to be. im saying the creation and the old testament to be taken literal and everything after the gosples and sertain things in the gosple. also krellin you have no faith so you think the bible is false so you opinion on the Bible is biased based on the fact that you think im brain washed. I take the Bible serious as were Draugnar does not. He even hates me before he even asked me if I was from the same church or not. just said those two people were my preacher's. now what if i was from the same type of church? and I was correct about those two evangelist's being Baptist. I AM NOT BAPTIST. krellin I can take the Bible in as I please and im not brain washed. I wasnt born into the church and I started going once I actually started reading it and questioning it. also both of you dont understand what I said so ill make it more clear I ACTUALLY CHECK TO SEE WHAT A PREACHER SAYS IS TRUE AND AM TOLD BY MY CHURCH TO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING UNTIL IT IS PROVEN WITH THE BIBLE (anything that regards the bible)
Modern conservatism and Christianity are contrary concepts.

Why does Germany go to Sweden in Fall '01 so often?
I can understand moving to Denmark in spring to keep the threat alive as diplomatic leverage, but by moving to Sweden right away, Germany angers Russia. Germany's usually going to be able to take Sweden away when he chooses anyway if Russia doesn't open strong to Scandinavia, so why are people so eager to make an enemy right off the bat?
