Me either, but typically anger is a motivation for fighting, so if the anger part is true, at least some part of the stereotype is true, and half is a nice easy relationship for me to understand.

Also, when people hear that I play Diplomacy their first response is; ''whoa, you must be pretty cool, dude'', and just assume that it is a true statement.

American stereotypes - greedy, overweight, egotists --> can be true, I've known a few.
Native American/Irish - drunks --> disturbing
Italian - mafia, but awesome food --> not all Italians have mafia connections; food part is totally true
Asians (in US) - nerds --> not completely true, but many do value academics more
Blacks (in US) - gangsta attitudes --> mixed, true with some black youths, but disturbing when applied generally
Whites (in US) - racist --> mixed, true with some people, but disturbing when applied generally

Muslims -----> Racist against any other religion- mostly true.

Muslims---->"Death to America"-attitude- more like and "death to the american in my children" attitude.

Relgious zealots - extremely intolerant - very true.

That's...sort of...definitional. I mean, if you're so enthusiastic about your religion that people call you a zealot, you're going to be intolerant of things that are not your enthusiasm.

Perhaps I should have used fundamentalists. The stereotype would still tend to be true, but I've known more than a few that were tolerant of others beliefs/credes, while still being overly passionate about their own.
