It is with great pleasure that I open registration for a glorious mission to colonize a new and mysterious world. The land of V’dipia, an untouched landscape of open wilderness and resources for the taking. We must outrace our enemies and push forward the great kingdom of Webdipia. Onward we sail to a new adventure.

GM Overview:
This is the third installment of the Webdiplomacy Alternative-Historical Simulation. Some basic information on how the simulation will be run:
-Phases will be 48 Hours (First Phase will begin 2PM on 09/15/2017 EST)
-Every Phase a MidPhase issue or reward will be presented at the 24Hr mark.
-All propositions must be structured (Phase.Prop.Sub-Prop) As such the first prop of the first phase with no sub-plots would be 1.1.0
-Voting will be done via the “##” method. As such to vote in favor of the example Prop above you would enter ##Vote Yes 1.1.0 / Only the final vote will be counted and unless otherwise stated an abstention will be counted as a ##Vote No.
-If your character is allowed to take action you will submit action by entering ##Action: followed by a detail of the action. Any interpretations will be left to the GM.
-Players may join at anytime and will arrive on the next scheduled Trade ship / resupply.
-Players may leave at anytime and will leave on the next scheduled Trade ship / resupply.
-Inactivity will be determined by date of last post. If 2 full phases pass a player will be determined to have died of Cholera.
-To directly ask the GM a question or for Clarification “##GM” should be used.
-To address a message to a particular NPC **NPC Name**
