lol Nice Abge...Actually, being on the Recruiting side of engineering right now, I knew how tough it is for automotive to find engineers right now (totally a candidate's market) - so I knew the time to leverage whatever experience I had was now. Then...coupled with my *amazingly* charming personality in the interviews...I blew them away. lol (That outta shock the hell out of some of you!)

Yellow - Never tell them what you know, tell them what you have **done** - this demonstrates your knowledge. Be charming - don't be afraid of humor. Make sure that you research the company. Make sure that you have questions - since you are a recent college grad (I believe) you might want to ask them things like how they will integrate you into the program make you and effective contributor, things like that.

They sure is. If nothing else, krellin knows how to interview. How else do you think a guy that's been out of engineering for 15 years convinced a Tier 1 automotive company that I'd be a damned good add to their team?

"Moderate" is terrible advice for those who don't possess the ability to moderate.

It's true. I seem to have it, thankfully, but it's no less true. All things in moderation can sometimes mean, lots of one thing, none of another, for a moderate average all taken together. Lol.

Drink more water!
