Face to Face Tournament in Seattle, First Prize subsidized trip to Paris
There will be a tournament at the Washington Athletic Club (WAC) in Seattle Friday 1/23 to Sunday 1/25 Contact Nathan Barnes. nbarnes99 AT hotmail DOT com. Prizes include amounts towards the the next WAC event which will be in Paris France 2010.
I must say that St Petersburg is also on par with Moscow, tho when we stayed there, all our luggage etc went astray at the hotel between reception and our rooms, so that sorta killed stp as overtaking MOSCOW
Sanur, Bali Hoi An, Vietnam Kyoto, Japan small is beautiful. KL, Malaysia is a great city for food, transport,shopping etc. Its big but managable, something that you cant say about other asian capitals Sydney is a really beautiful to look at but takes ages to get anywhere and the people are all so busy, roads unfriendly and nobody smiles
Well, I'm a fan of Montreal right now... and I'm lucky because I'm living here. Except it's due to snow 15-20 cm today and tonight... to you Americans that's like 6-8 inches.
Sydney has an amazing harbour and is probably my favourite foreign city that I've been to.
If you want to meet nice people you should all visit Newfoundland! It's probably better in the summer for those of you used to a more temperate climate, but it's a relatively mild climate for Canada. The people there are extremely friendly and are apparently the happiest in Canada according to a survey. I lived there for four years and it's beautiful. When I think of my childhood I think of Newfoundland.
As a place to visit for a game event: Paris, France As an overall most beautiful city: Paris France As a place to grow up in (or to be from) New York City, As a place to raise your kids in, Concord, CA ((where I am now)) As a place to live: the San Francisco Bay Area is tops.
Large: New York Mid-sized: San Francisco Small: Victoria, B.C. (Haven't been off the North American continent... so I can't chime in on what are undoubtably great places elsewhere)

For the last month or so I’ve watched with amazement as this forum has been hijacked by Diplomat1824. Somehow this immature brat has managed to incense otherwise reasonable users of this site and his mind-numbingly obnoxious posts continue to draw the attention of a surprisingly large number of intelligent people who - no offense - really should know better.
i got into the website before a few hours and saw that half of my games are ending "dew now". Now i got into the website again and it still says that they are ending "dew now". is that my problem or the website's problem?
I havent been on the site in a while and I dont remember a whole lot, is there anyway to PM someone through the site? or do you have to publicly or in a game ask for an email?
Can moderators unpause this game or get rid of where is chick?

that requested for GameMaster to be banned. I think he pissed him off! I can't find the thread anymore (wonder why ... GameMaster ...?) but I'm pretty sure it was one of the usual troublemakers - Dingle, figgle, alamothe, aoe3, friendly, someone like that. Perhaps you should ban them all and maybe GameMaster will come back to play ...
The New Years' Ghost-rating list is ready. The PPSC formula has been changed, to make it much more accurate. In particular the fallacy of expected result>18/34 has been resolved. And..... We now have a new number 1!
