The active game you are in, I won't mention the name since it's anonymous, is currently in the build phase. This is when units are built or destroyed depending on the number of supply centers you have and the number of units you have. Since you have the same number of units as supply centers you do not need to do anything this turn.
The other game you are in hasn't yet started, it will start once enough players join.
