Mistake in adjudication
Hey, In game #153265(Pax Europa -2) there was a wrong adjudication. Fleet Denmark supported Fleet north sea to Skag, Fleet Skag went to Denmark. BUT a unit can't break a supported move to it's area.
Thanks, Sun_Tzu

I'm new to them, and I was jsut wondring if anyone knew the general (or, if you have them, the exact) chances of getting caught and then killed by the MPAA (I'm in the US).

This game just completed - just wanted to thank all other in it for a fun game... Just a pity from my perspective that Germans and Turks didn't turn on the Russian before he got to super powered...

Perhaps THE biggest debate. PIE or CAKE?
Which is better?
the.dibster (100 D)
26 Nov 09 UTC
I say cake, no problem. More sugary and delicious, and also can arguably include cheeseCAKEs too.

Cake all the way. Pie is too sweet for my taste.
Toby Bartels (361 D)
26 Nov 09 UTC
Pie, no doubt.

@ StevenC.

What kind of pies have you been eating?
StevenC. (1047 D(B))
26 Nov 09 UTC
I've tried all kinds of pies and none are even remotely good (Maybe it's because I don't like sweets very much? Hmm...)
Toby Bartels (361 D)
26 Nov 09 UTC
Try some savoury pies! Or an apple pie with no added sugar; it's still sweet (thanks to the apples) but less sweet than any dessert cake that I've ever had.

I like cake too, but your remark that cake is better because pie is too sweet just seems very strange to me.

All I'm saying is, if you die and you get to choose between regular heaven and pie heaven, choose pie heaven. It may be a trick, but if it's not, mmmm boy!
I'm not a cake person. Never have been.

Additionally, there is now a product that blows all of the others (pies and cakes) out of the water - Fray Bentos do a Chicken Curry pie with flaky pastry. I don't know if any of you have Fray Bentos tinned meat pies where you're at, but their Chicken Curry pie is amazingly. It is manna - the food of the gods. Better even than their Steak and Kidney pies, which have been a favourite of mine lo these many years (I'm a child of the '50's).

I forgot to mention, but to all the pie lovers try the three milks cake. It IS amazing.

P.S. I like pizza pie. Does that count as pie?
Toby Bartels (361 D)
27 Nov 09 UTC
Sure, why not? I'll try three milks cake too.

I say PIE.

Fatwa on anyone that says cake.... cake is too dry.

You need to determine what pie and what cake... Carrot, Cheese, or Italian Wedding Cake versus Minced, Apple, Cherry, Pecan, Pumpkin, Chocolate Silk/Creme, Banana Cream Pie... Can't I have all of them? Otherwise, I'll generally take the pie.

Pie is good, but cake is better. Especially ice cream cake.

Pie (Savoury) - Steak, from a good Scottish butcher
Pie (Sweet) - home made apple & bramble, or lemon meringue, but easy on the sugar
Cake - Christmas cake, with marzipan and crunchy icing
And then there is fish pie, topped with creamy mashed potato - perfect winter comfort food.
Trouble is there is too much variety - impossible to choose.
Jamiet99uk (808 D)

Pie. Steak and kidney pie in particular.

Nice to see the British folks coming online this afternoon to represent their savoury pie traditions. Even though British cuisine is not highly regarded.

LOVETT: Here we are, now! Hot out of the oven!
TODD: What is that?

LOVETT:
It's priest. Have a little priest.
TODD:
Is it really good?
LOVETT:
Sir, it's too good, at least!
Then again, they don't commit sins of the flesh,
So it's pretty fresh.
TODD:
Awful lot of fat.
LOVETT:
Only where it sat.
TODD:
Haven't you got poet, or something like that?
LOVETT:
No, y'see, the trouble with poet is
'Ow do you know it's deceased?
Try the priest!
