its exactly the same set of rules as the Standard Dip you are used to, but with a cool map of the Mediteranian set in 1AD with five powers competing for dominance (18 dots to win also). Carthage, Rome, Greece, Persia, and Egypt each start with 3 dots, but there are a TON of neutrals so all the powers can expand quickly to 6 and 7 dots within two years.
