And it would be helpful to color the bodies of water in a uniform color to distinguish them from the land.

what russian civil war is this based on i can't recall anything of the sort in history (and trust me 4 years of russian histroy i know)

Seems to be entitled rise of empires, anyway, nothing to do with Russia.

as far as i'm aware the russian civil war started around 1917 when the russian imperial army decided to lay down arms and stop fighting the germans. (poor morale you see) Germany proceeded to walk into ukraine and take all the grain to help with their war effort (still fighting America, England and France in the west.)

Russia fell into famine, civil war and eventually communism. Of course nobody helped them, or cared, and this resulted in the russia we now all love and fear.

but during the civil war the communists had their work cut out for them... a few areas tried to assert their independance.

i haven't really looked at the map because it's hard to look at with the colours the way they are.

will this be an entirely fleet based map with only amries?
why is south archangel so small?

why is poland not the west most power, (see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polish%E2%80%93Soviet_War) especialy considering latvia, lithuania and estonia (combined population smaller than polands) never allied with each other.

make them neutrals with neutral armies in them.
