Here. I'll save you all the time of playing this game.
Russia is invulnerable in the North, since England can't take Norway, and will have to send St. P towards Germany. Warsaw and Moscow will go to stalemate Austria and Turkey, whom will no doubt ally, since it's impossible for them to attack each other.
France will try to negotiate a ceasefire with England, since France's one fleet can't hope to compete until he get's a build. But England, being unable to gain SC's from Russia and Germany, will open Lon > Eng (Almost definitely a bounce) and Edi > Nth. He will then be able to support into the Channel and destroy France. Even if France is attacked, he will still send one army to Germany, since there is no other use, and work with Russia, possibly defeating Germany.
Italy will move against Austria with Russia's help and quickly destroy him, since Turkey is unable to do anything to help except stalemate Russia's fleet.
Eventually, France will fall to England, and England will turn on Germany, which is preoccupied with a pesky Russian army. Austria will be crushed by Italy and Russia. They will both fall in about two years, by which time Italy and Russia may have actually accomplished something in killing Turkey. Let's assume that they have.
Since, Russia can't move out of the Baltic/GoB his fleet is worthless. He may try building StP(Nc) but it would take him 3 turns to get anywhere, by which time England would have defended himself. Since he has no water options, he will try a land assault of English controlled Germany. It will hit the stalemate line and fail.
At this point, it's England vs R/I, and will probably hit the stalemate line Mars/GoL/West Med (NA is unenterable). It ends in a three way draw with those powers.
Thanks for playing.
