I haven't played as all of the countries yet, but so far my favorite is Italy. No game is the same with Italy, and you have to be a great diplomat to win as Italy.

Ok, you guys apparently have a hard time with this running tally thing. I went back through and tallied all the votes from people who actually added one to their favorite and subtracted one from their least favorite. Here are the results (with my vote).

Notice how the negatives equal the positives? It will always be that way if you added correctly...

The only votes I couldn't figure out were jasoncollins and hellalt as they did not appear to just add one to one country and subtract one from another, so repost your votes you two.

Also, how can you not love Italy? It's one of the toughest challenges (I actually think Austria is a little harder), but it is so rewarding when you win!

Turkey is so blocked, at least in my opinion.
And Austria has the initial disadvantage for bordering four countries!
But once Austria survives to later in games, Austria becomes a power house, since tanks created in main supply can easily march in all direction. =)

austria is horrible everyone knows its vulnerable so everyone takes it out early on. i like france because its easy to survive the first part of the game.
