I greatly sympathize with your situation, and I feel that such harassment is certainly a detriment to the quality of play here. That said, I'm not sure I should enforce it with a ban. I'll discuss it with Kestas and the other mods, because this would be a significant precedent to set. I would advise that you enforce your own law in-game by giving him no quarter and making the case to the other players involved.

I'm advising the offender to refrain from further harassment because there is a chance you'll be banned, and you most certainly do not make any friends behaving in such a fashion. It might make you feel better, but it has no real diplomatic value and it's detrimental to the playing experience of others. It's sadism.

The problem with the advice you just gave, Chrispminis, is that the player in question is currently refusing to unpause the game that this racism occurred in relation to because he is (and I quote) "tired of it all".

That means, as far as I'm concerned, that he's defending you, at least to the extent of giving you the benefit of the doubt.
