That's really not a good excuse. Acturally a very bad one. If people with different views of politics or belief should be banned from this site, I would say phpdiplomacy site is not a party sort of thing that kick dissidents and different voices out but a place for all kinds of people from all over the world to play diplomacy. To some extent, the game was meant to bring people together and some have fun together.
If pitirre has been banned for his "anti-US" posts (acturally I don't think he is anti-US enough), I think a better way to solve the problem may be ---- Do not allow any more threads of that kind started, including those anti-US, anti-capitalism, anti-Communisim, anti-any country. (After all, I believe this forum is not created to have people discuss politics.)
But I do feel that ban pitirre himself or herself is not a way with most reason and in fact it is not fair. Not to say for the sake of our site, "pitirre is one of the most interesting players on the site" ---- alamothe.

That's the point.
kestas, you have every right to do what is best to this site. And I respect your work and effort on it. It is your site, it is also our site, everyone's site. pitirre seems not like a bad guy or girl, he deserves to enjoy this game and all of this site.
Would you consider readmitting pitirre? Of course on condition that no one will be allowed to start sensitive political threads any more, including pitirre himself.
Can we give him a chance? What do you say guys?
