Potential enhancement which I would find useful is the ability to write and store notes about specific games and also ideally other players too.

Its official, I am addicted to phpDip, be it good or not, I am involved in 3 games and NEED a forth, so now almost all my first 100 points are on the table...

That being said, please join my game if you are a lonesome virgin somewhere across the globe who is not meta gaming or playing with friends, and we will have a terrific time giving it to each other, hard.

In the game Just a Game 3 (http://www.phpdiplomacy.net/board.php?gameID=2983), a fleet was able to retreat from the southern coast of bulgaria to the black sea. I'm pretty sure this is a bug, am I right?

I dislodged the Italian unit convoying, yet the army was still convoyed. Now I may be wrong, but I understood that dislodging the convoying unit broke the convoy

Or whatever it was, many of you will remember that it was the site with all those wonderful articles on how to play the best out of any nation.

I wasn't looking for help on winning, in my defense I have some knowledge on it, I was looking for a laugh. I remember their was one set of strategies for each nation written by one famous diplomacy player, I suppose, and he was quite funny too in his writing. I read his essay on Austria once and could not stop laughing. Anyone know of any other ways to obtain these precious sources?

In the game "Ng Wang Ho' (http://www.phpdiplomacy.net/board.php?gameID=2766),
at the reinforcement phase, it gave me 2 lines, both saying reinforce a fleet in Kiel, & now I get nothing in Kiel!!! What should I have set to get a fleet!? Kestas, could you please help get me back a fleet in Kiel ?

I can't modify further my orders in game

I was setting them, while, in the very middle of the process (half orders given, half only partially defined) it seems everyhting is dead: I can't upload new order fields, they remain pink and firefox stays hanged up forever.
Same thing happened me on another game last week, and it prevented me from modifying one order. It was a minor issue and I did not want to bother you Kestas. Now the problem is repeating, so I suspect it could be some sort of real bug.

Just taking a moment to express my gratitude for the hard work you do on behalf of phpDiplomacy. As players we are often quick to bitch and moan, but not as quick to thank you for taking care of our continual requests so speedily. Such is the nature of man, right? Nevertheless, I assume that I speak on behalf of many players who really and truly appreciate all you have done, are doing, and will continue to do on behalf of this great online experience. It is going entirely unnoticed or unappreciated.

Perhaps others would like to express their gratitude here as a response to this post.

My army at Trieste was dislodged and it doesn't allow me to retreat to an open Albania. Gives me this error: [No options available; you can't perform this order!].

when i click on games tab it never shows my games. it goes to sourceforge.net instead. how the f can i view my games... help

If you have a private game, you can still have people take over countries in Civil Disorder.

Create a link like this:

You can get the game ID from the link where you enter the game.
You can get the password hash from the link provided to you during the setup phase.
Use the country name, such as Italy, Germany, Russia etc.

Is there any possibility to give up a game or be taken over by somebody ?

i feel like i should be able to retreat to wales with my fleet in the english channel. it bounced another unit at london but theres a fleet in the mid-atlantic that was supported into the english by the irish sea so the fleet originally at the english channel is supposed to retreat right?

when you will have the time for minor improvements could be nice to have the number of units near the number of SC in the players' list of games.

When I originally signed up, I wanted my name to be "yellowpajamasson", but I accidentally entered "yellowpajamesson". Is it possible to change the one letter in my name? I don't think other players would notice or care about the change. Anyone who has a problem is welcome to post a reply. Thank you.
