phpDiplomacy has been accumulating fixes and small addons since 0.75 was released, and quite a lot has been fixed or improved since then, but coasts are tied to creating a new foundation for the adjudicator, which will take a large chunk of time.
I'm on holiday starting 3 weeks from now, lasting 5 weeks. Hopefully I'll get all the funds I need quickly so I can work on personal projects, especially since 0.75 is 10x more used than 0.72 was and lots of good ideas and problems have come up that I'd like to solve. I think promised is a bit strong though ;-)
With money looking the way it is there may be a 0.78 release this holiday which fixes coasts and orders, improves the adjudicator, fixes browser incompatibilities, and makes some optimizations, but doesn't have other new features I want to put in 0.8.
Then in the summer holidays (or winter holidays in the northern hemisphere) I'll add some new features like a better UI for entering orders, a better map, an RSS feed, and a better forum.
I was also thinking about adding Google Adwords. I admit I said I wouldn't put ads in, but that was when I had 2 jobs. If they're effective then putting ads in would let me spend less time developing for others and more time developing my own projects, but I'm not sure if people would prefer possibly longer development cycles or ads. I might pilot it over the holidays to see if it works, unless I get a negative response.
