Actually Draugnar, what I said was that your rants seem unhealthy for you and that while I don't want to see you go, it might be better for you if you really get this worked up over a gaming site.

Anyways, let me clear a few things up, that don't seem to have been communicated to you correctly. The first, is you were not silenced for failing to reply to the last set of emails. You were silenced for posting two sexually explicit links in a thread where I had just warned everyone that doing so would result in a silence.
Hell, you posted those links on a thread that YellowJacket made complaining about being warned for posting sexually explicit links. And you knew better, which I know, because you said so yourself.

There was no condition in the sexually explicit rule saying it's okay if you have to sign into youtube. It has naked girls dancing around to a song about the blurry lines between consensual sex and rape, that's sexually explicit by any terms.
Zultar, goldfinger0303, theMinisterofWar, and I were all discussing this before your silence and we gave the post to theministerorwar because it was a simple training silence. You admitted your own post was inappropriate, and you knew it would get you silenced, since I told everyone in the thread that sexual links would end in a silence. You can't get much more open and close with a case then that.
I can tell you that running to vDip won't solve anything though. Oli doesn't allow anti-mod rants at all. He is far less tolerant of that kind of behavior and so is the rest of their mod team (I know because I'm on it).
Now, as for the not replying to emails, that is a separate issue, but we decided to give you the chance to end your silence early by being reasonable and talking to us about something that's become a big issue with you on the site, your mod abuse. The only reason we would put that condition in is if we cared enough about working out an amicable solution with you to end a silence early. I'll ignore that issue for now, but if you decide to stay it's one that will have to be worked out.
Anyways, I'll lay out your choices here so everyone's on the same page.
-You can start talking to me until we can work something out
-You can take a self imposed break from the site to cool down until you're willing to talk with us.
-You can continue playing games without using the forum, I think I saw something in here about a self imposed silence. If that would make the site easier for you to use for playing diplomacy then that's an option.
-You can force us to ban you by breaking any variety or rules.
But this cycle isn't working. You pushing the boundaries, eventually crossing them, getting punished via the rules, going off about the punishment. It's not healthy for you to be that worked up, and it's not fair to us to have to deal with that for years on end. So take some time, cool down, and when you're up for talking you know where to find me, either here or via pm works.
