Yeah, back then, Pizza Hut in Cincinnati was run by Pizza Hut of Cincinnati. That was before Pepsi bought them.

But honestly, the dough is powedered (just ass water) and the ingredients are prepackaged (cans of tomato sauce that you add a seasoning packet to depending on if it is pizza sauce or pasta sauce, then put it in the :maint mixer" (that's what we called it) for a cycle. There isn't too much variance. Most of the time the variance comes into play with the pizza cook and the care he or she puts into their work. I got in trouble all the time for using too much toppings, but the customers loved our store. They finally gave up andrealized that my decent amount of toppings was what kept bringing the customers back. Then Pepsi came in...

The place I work at is completely original. It's not a chain, but it's an expanding business, and I'll tell you, it has the best burgers that I've had around here if not the best I've ever had. That's because we cook them four ways - medium rare, medium, medium well, or well done - and we add the same spices and have the same quality beef every single time we put one on the cooker. Our fries are freshly cooked, made from scratch, and the beef is frozen for 12 hours tops before it's cooked (plus typical safety standards but that happens in the back and I don't have anything to do with it so I don't know much about it). We buy from one of two ranches a bit south of Dallas and one ranch here in Indy area. It's really, really good food and made the right way without the shit they throw in at a lot of places - like Pizza Hut. Hope it stays that way.

It just depends on quality. Would I eat supermarket hamburger raw? No. Would I eat steak tartare, carpaccio, sashimi? Yes, and I do. If I trust the place, I'll push it more. If I don't trust the place, I probably shouldn't be eating there anyway.
