Just out of interest, what exactly did Draugnar do? I mean other than promising to ruin a game for people, what did he do that ruined the game?

Did he repeatedly enter moves in a pacifist game or something?

He joined Nike's pacifist game with the explicit rule to not move and to not make gains. Nike also stated, only if you intend to follow his rules should you PM him for the password. Draugnar gloated in the forums that he was going to get he game canceled intentionally, proceeded to do so, then laughed about it when he had, which is why he has been punished. That's the short of it.

For the record, the concept of a pacifist game is retarded, and will inevitably lead to situations like this. Maybe what needs banning is this variant, rather than Draugnar...
