ND, Jeff from the little I have seen tends to be very blunt, so him starting off on me could give very useful insight on both of us. If either he or I are scum, an argument between us might hold a key to figuring it out later on.

Yoyo, I think that holding your cards close to you is very smart as it does not show any possibly scum that you suspect them, by voting you state that suspicion openly, which could lead toward them giving away clues, but by not voting, you can get more indirect clues, in my opinion anyway. I may be wrong but this is how I am choosing to play for now.

Sorry Tr, thats my being vague right now. I don't know what kind of clues I will find from people, but in the RL versions of Mafia I have played, those that openly accuse people early on, and who happen to be right about Mafia, tend to not make it to end game. Since a lot of this game in intuition on following clues made in posts, and just plain guessing, I am hoping that by not voting until I get a larger picture, and by not focusing on one person in particular, I might have a chance to get closer to the Mafia, does that make sense?

hahahaha sorry DL did not mean to exclude you. I second your ND post, and I will add that DL is always left alive until close to end game because mafia always think they can lynch him late game. Plus, I should have also mentioned that bo is always a D1 or D2 lynch :D So, on that note ##VOTE bo

I think it is important to vote earlier than later in the phase. Votes are also used for pressure. If you wait until the end to make your intentions known, you may miss out in a chance to make a good case.

Mafia games on webDip tend to have a massive flurry of activity in the final hour and minutes of the day phase. Too often logic gets caught up with emotion and the town makes poor lynch decisions. I've been caught up in those before. :/

We can't afford to let that happen. We have a single power role to protect. If the cop goes down, the scum could lead us down a bad path more easily.

DL: phil did actually say what it was on the previous page.

ND, telling Jeff was blunt from seeing his posts on the forum. I may be wrong or I may be right, but he was also the first to openly target me, and continued to do so before the game begin. If I can clear myself with him I should be golden.

BTW this is fun, being the focus right now. If I appear to be scummy right now, I do apologize, but I understand if I get Lynched day 1.

I hope I can convince you otherwise. You won't be able to convince others that someone is scummy without outwardly expressing this. You have to call people out, and trust me, scum can't help but act scummy, regardless of whether or not someone suspects them.

Jeff, you make a very good point. For some clarification, I do not intend to vote until a few hours at least have passed, but this could always change if I begin to suspect someone (which does seem contradictory to my original point.)

Also, with your last point being made, it is better to Lynch me then anyone else for the time being as that means the Cop does not die. Please do not lynch me though if there are other options, I want to live till the end, but I guess a Town win is a Town win, with me being dead or alive.

Oops should've read better, but Espi said he himself doesn't want to make early votes but for others he's okay with it.

Yoyo, I will be calling people out, but I plan to do that once I get a better feel of the board, and not by just saying "Hey you [insert possible scum here" I think you are scum, defend yourself!"

No worries DL. I didn't make that point as clear as I could have and that was my fault, I also tend to talk in circles when I don't yet have a clear direction to follow.

Any votes cast in jest or to generate generic pressure are unhelpful @Jeff Kuta. Though, I agree that making a reasonable case that someone is a hacker supported by evidence, whether accompanied by a vote or not, is good for town for the reasons you mentioned.
