YJ - just to explain, it's not sarcasm. After all the insults you've thrown at each other a "squealing nutmeg" is hardly the most offensive thing you could have called him, however it is funnier than just effin and jeffing at someone, we can all do swear words. So the juxtaposition of 'squealing nutmeg' in comparison to the tirade of other insults traded is a bit like criticising Hitler for his poor time management or Stalin for being non-sox compliant.
So when I say that has gotta hurt I'm not saying it to be sarcastic but to acknowledge the humour in what you said.
