goldfinger has it spot on. Any use of the word sounds better in Scots, and they have the most inventive uses of the word. This is also true of the numerous and varied terms for faeces used as milder epithets. My personal favourite is 'shite', which has a long, drawn-out feel to it, giving the user more emotional resonance and expression.

Nice try, but you lose points for repetition, and an abundance of words between derivatives.
