Profanity - such a marvellous thing.
I tend to find that anyone who proclaims swearing to be the work of a limited vocabulary to be equivalent to the malodorous remants of a donkey's ejaculate. The vulgar term for copulation, often frowned upon in polite society is, possibly, the most versatile root word (pardon the pun) in the entire English language. It is a verb with multiple meanings (tired, broken), a noun, modified as both an adjective and adverb, used to express disbelief, surprise, failure, extreme happiness and sadness, the desire for someone to leave, and the ultimate in resistance and non-compliance. It is entirely possible to construct a coherent and meaningful sentence consisting almost entirely of these words.
And, of course, it sounds best in a Scottish accent...
