What are preferences between Saturdays and Sundays? I personally think Saturday would work better for more people and it also works better for me for organizing games, but as of right now, it would probably be easier just to set up a game on a first-come basis as opposed to really running an organized tournament, so it doesn't matter too much.

If there is enough interest to fill a couple of boards at a time (maybe in the range of 16-18 people so we have a few alternates), then I'll create an official sign up thread and close this one. For now, this list is just tracking interest.

Mkay, Saturday's are probably best for me too.

Sunday will in general but not always work better for me. But that's going to be a week-by-week basis, and Sunday won't always work, so go with what's better for the group as a whole. I think bo is right to make it kind of a running thing rather than a formalized laid-out tournament.

I'm down for whatever, I would honestly think it'd be cool for non anon, however I'd be worried about once this starts going and someone has a lead from previous games, I think anon is almost necessary lol.

I have a preference for anon. As the games are only a few hours long they might even stay anon too!

I'd be interested in this as well, but this Sunday (8/28) isn't so great for me.

I love non-anon series games, but if we end up putting together a big enough roster to make this a tournament, I agree that non-anon is risky.

Dariusz, you don't have any game history but I see that you're doing well in the ones you're playing right now. I'm willing to let you play but could you please confirm for me that you understand the commitment (often upwards of 3 hours per game) and will do everything in your power to avoid CDing? It seems to me like we're playing on Saturday, by the way, though only a few people have voiced an opinion on that.

Yes, it would be my first live game on webDip, but I'm aware of the commitment. I've been playing for about two years on another site before Valis convinced me to play here. (Also, full disclosure, I know him IRL.)
