i think it's time for a rule how to deal with inactive players. this is not an issue yet, but if a few others join, this could become worrysome.

i propose that anyone that does not post for 24 hours loses the right to vote until 24 hours after their most recent post. this excludes new members.

i would suggest that guak changes his proposal to be 'pointz' not points, before it potentially gets passed.

I propose that any rule, except this one, will after twelve hours start to accrue 10 per hour for its original proposer, for as long as it remains in effect.
