also, If the CD changed anything, it helped france live longer.

And I was the first to draw. The game would have been completely different with Italy still alive (to my detriment, but completely different nonetheless). It is, in my opinion, unreasonable to play on in such a circumstance.

Why do you guys always make erroneous arguments in defense of someone that refuses to draw? Look at the game. The CD happened in Spring 1903, and by Spring 1907 Turkey had Tunis, Venice, and Naples -- all UNOPPOSED.

I'm not by any means suggesting that Achilles should be REQUIRED to draw - but in my opinion, he should have, as should I.

I was doing amazing in the balkans and such, i didnt even TOUCH italy for years.
Maybe in the end that had a little effect, but you guys were nowhere Near a stalmete in the MAo and mars and span, a few extra turms wouldnt change anytrhing.

I understand completely, you did a good job in the balkans -- don't break your arm patting yourself on the back. But, you then turned west and steamrolled through Italy unopposed. Where we were, and any other lame ass excuse you want to try to throw in doesn't mitigate you guilt. Your "amazing" job in the Balkans was aided by the lack of pressure from Italy. Do you really think that after you swamped Austria SD was going to sit there and let you take him over? Be a man for one in your life.
