i'm in. any bet under 3,000 works for me. i need at least 48 hours though, perhaps even a bit longer. i really can't log on much over the weekends.

also i'd kinda prefer it not be anonymous, b/c i like to talk with people about personal things, and everyone always knows who i am any ;P

but i don't really care much, if others feel strongly.

48 hours is good for me, and I also think non-anonymous has its merits

I may jump into a 1k game, but I don't have the moolah to do much more...

I can't imagine NOT having anon, but I suppose I'll think on it.

I know people figure me out immediately too, like Ms. Bent, but still, I prefer to not know who others are and I never figure anyone out.

Wizard, I was just joking around since you said you'd always ally with me, though I know for a fact that you are an excellent player and worthy addition to this game. I'm thinking we'll go 50 hours, to give Ms. Bent a little extra time on the weekend, though I hope anyone that joins will agree to a weekend pause whenever it is requested by anyone else, we should probably get that in writing in the global tab as soon as the game begins, or in here I guess, so I can ask a mod for a pause if needed to insure the dj is as active as possible.

I'm also leaning towards 1500 for the buy-in, WTA, and I guess it will NOT be anonymous (against my better judgement). So, who do we have?:

Tempting... I guess I wouldn't mind having a go at it, though, like MadMarx, I'm more inclined to play anonymously. Also, it looks like I'll have spotty internet access 28 May - 4 Jun, so I'd need a pause right out the gate or a delay of start.

I'm all for anon, djbent did say she could go either way, and I'm fine with a pause, so we'll at least consider you an alternate, depending on if anyone objects?

hey kiddies... i do prefer anon b/c you know i like to talk with people about personal life, but i'm totally fine with anon, and fine with delaying to start - i have no particular rush. this looks like it's gonna be a good game, i love playing with all the people mentioned so far!!

I'm definitely interested. After all, I started the whole thing. I'm out of town at the moment. I want to start this game after Memorial Day, so on or around June 1. The buy in will be at least 1700, and I'd prefer to make it 2000 even. WTA, anonymous, 2-day phases. We can wait for V+ around June 4.

2000 is really breaking my balls... but I'll pay up if needed. : ) Why not live on the edge?
I'm also completely fine with anon, 48hours, and the later start.

My preference would be a 1500 point buy-in, that's still over 10,000 total. Suppose I could do a 1715 point buy-in if we want to get over 12,000, or even round it up to 1750, but I doubt I'd want to throw any more than that into it.

I'm fine waiting for V+ to start, waiting until June and I do strongly prefer anon, for the record.

June 4th is plenty of time to get enough points!

I think we should do 50 hour phases, for Ms. Bent. I'm typically adamant about anonymous games, but am up for what the majority want in here, I'm actually pretty neutral on it at this point.
