Cutting a support move for your own unit

I'm sure you cannot cut support move for your own unit by hitting the unit that is supporting your other unit. However if another player is supporting the move of your unit would hitting the unit of the other player that is supporting yours cut the support for your own unit.

computer problems

my other computer has all of a sudden started to give me problems. It keeps saying 'cannot connect to proxy server'. this is the first time I have seen this. any help would be greatly appreciated!

A quick fix for accessing messages.

I posted a message before asking how to access older PMs and got the answer that there isn't a direct link. However, unless I misunderstand something http://webdiplomacy.net/index.php?notices=on points to your notices page. Bookmark that and viola! (Right?)

In N Out, although they only have them in California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Texas, so most people are probably ignorant to the bliss that they are. Yes Bo, I have had 5 guys, but In N Out is better.

First of all, Bo, that is 1 person's opinion. You really think that is substantial evidence?? Also, if you read it, he says the only reason he didnt put In N Out on top was because of the wait time. It was also his first time eating 5 guys, and he grew up eating In N Out. A burger is much better the first time you eat it then the 100th time you have had it. Plus, he didnt get the double double, so it doesnt count.

Five Guys is the best burger hands down.
Its better than any sit down restaurants for half the price.

Plus they have those fresh cut fries and virtually no wait time for a fresh made burger.

I will say that 5 guys fries are much better than In N Outs though, and In N Out usually has a crazy wait time.

We don't have most of your US burger chains over here in the UK. We have McDonald's of course, and Burger King. I much prefer BK to McDonald's because I don't like McDonald's sweetened buns.

The Spoons' beer and burger wins by virtue of it coming with beer.

You can get some really nice burgers from Schwartz Brothers in Bath, but they're so easy to make yourself it's not often I bother. Went into a Wimpy Burger a few months back. Didn't know they were still around!

To clarify, I prefer BK over McDonald's, but neither of them does particularly great burgers. You can get good burgers in the UK, but generally these are from either good quality non-chain takeaways, or from what you'd call "sit-down" places. One of the pubs (what you'd call a "bar") near me does great burgers.

Frisch's (a Big Boy franchise) in Cincinnati is better than 5 Guys. I like 5 Guys burgers, but they are always noisy and the cooks don't pay attention. Used to he Wendy's topped my list until they changed everything. I hate those new burgers. Finally, Steak 'n Shake is quite good and I loved In and Out when we visited LA.

Frisch's is typically excellent. I think their patty melts are better than their burgers (similar enough I suppose). I still think Five Guys is a bit better.

Is it okay to ask for help from outside a game?

I would really appreciate some outside help with games I'm playing, kind of like tutoring, and I don't want to ask for help if you feel that it's unfair or whatever. I'm new around here, but enjoying the experience. I haven't played in -cough, cough- years and am glad I found this place. Thanks.

There needs to be a punishment for people who CD. Like i hear stoning works well. maybe guillotine? I personally think the old fashion firing squad should handle these people pretty well.
