Multiaccounter?

this is the first time I even think of accusing someone of multiaccounting.

Probably just wanting to go down in flames. The earlier moves don't look at all like multiaccounting to me. Note how Trieste was never moved...

When there's nothing, it's always quick, when there's clear multiaccounting, it's rather quick too, the problem is when there's a grey area.

Anyway Austria propably thought Turkey was going for Serbia, in which case supporting Italy there would have resulted as a bounce.

In general, if you suspect multi-accounting, wait until the game is over in the case of anonymous games and check the history of the players. You need more proof than a single game.

moves rulecheck

Suppose army A moves to province C, supported by army B. If army C 'defends' by attacking province B, what happens? I thought that army C would cut the support from B for army A... thus causing a bounce all round.

might put you over that limit into the circle of champions (or at least closer).

Draws with CDs

Suppose I'm in a game with 3 active players and 3 CDs (and 1 elimination) and we draw.

Do the points just go to the 3 actives, not the CDs?
If so, does this also work the same way with the Ghost Ratings (the CDs are considered eliminated)?

No in-game messaging?

So, I'm playing my first game with this stipulation, and I'm wondering how far it goes. I assume it also refers to private messages sent through profiles; it seems to me it'd also cover any kind of communication, be it email or AIM or whatever. Where do you guys draw the line?
