My dear djbent, I broke all my rules today being mad at the ineffectiveness of the game! I said things I shouldn't; I became irritated. These are characteristic traits looked down upon and should be avoided! I am angry at myself for lossing control over little things as such, but you must understand: time is so valuable to me these days, and to waste them without a purpose is a sin beyond all sins!

I wish to retire from live games not because I hate them, but because I can't afford to sit there for more than an hour without learning anything! Every minute I waste is a feet further away from my dreams and future.

I apologize for everything.

Live games are difficult to organize. You can't start them spur of the moment, we don't have a large enough community. You should see how hard it is to start up a F2F game in real life.

You really have to set it up. I've never been able to put aside such a long block of time for a live game here, but the only ones that I've seen work are the ones that are arranged ahead of time with people that you know you can count on.

OK ... live your dreams the best you can, for real.
Just dont think that this issue of live games deserve such an importance :)

And it's not that I gave live games too much of an importance. I just can't stand it when I am consciously aware that I have or had been wasting time. It's this feeling of heat coming up from your body...and you are essentially mad at yourself.

I agree with Idealist, we tried to set up games in advance, people agreed but then forgot to show up

My fantasy request for the next version would be a 15 minute length game and after 4 hours there is a 30 to 60 min pause and after 8 or 12 hours there is pause for sleeping. so we could have a weekend game
