I emailed the mods email address three days ago, and again yesterday, to report a serious multiaccounting problem involving several games. I have had no response.

first: may, should i announced suspected cheating (one person, playing several countries)
second: where should i announced it, special thread, in public, to an admin only?

I have a hypothesis, but I don't have the data to prove it. I'm hoping someone who would be interested in combing through the database can help me.

My hypothesis is this: When a country CD's (Any country) England and Turkey do disproportionately better than other countries because they are in a position to take advantage without exposing themselves so much.

I am playing a game called World Diplomacy 5. It has anonymous players.
There is no messaging & no press.
Yet it is showing an envelope & saying unread message.
How do I open it?

I figured out I wouldn't win and Germany deserved to be in the draw. Good game, all! I had never done so well with Italy, so I'm proud of this one.

a player from our game "Beginners World" was banned - it's frozen antartica with a very good position and therefore big impact on the game if it would be left alone now ... would be a pity if we couldn't find a new player ...

Hi. A player has just admitted to me in a message that they are on a new account after being banned on a previous account for cheating. Would the best thing to do be to email a mod?

I read an interssting piece in this week's New York Review of Books about the War of American Independance. The article drew attention to the large proportion (albeit a minority although substantial) of colonists who remained loyal to the crown. Indeed it went on to point out that preservation of the 'peculiar institution' was a significant motive lying behind behind much of the 'American' effort.

Frustrating game

Well, somewhere, in the depths of space, Voyager 1 is floating around...and when it's found someday, by, I don't know, Zaphod Beeblebrox's race--hey, it's not impossible, just highly improbable!--they're find the famous Man/Woman (Adamn/Eve?) Plaque, along with the Golden Record inside...Beethoven, Bach, Mozart, and...Chuck Berry?! ;) So: a musical piece, a spoken word (ie, book) piece, and a third, whichever you want--let's compile the WebDipl Golden Record!

They are by far the most humorous gathering of people on the planet that function off of stupid and silly humor. Can I interest anyone in a 250pts WTA game with 25 hrs deadline?

I've been playing webDip for a month or so, and I'm starting to get a little sick of the ridiculousness that happens in low stakes open games, like all the CDs and players who would rather go home early from a game than fight the long fight because it's PPSC. (I got into Diplomacy through FtoF with friends, so playing to do anything but win or stalemate seems very wrong to me; I'm aware others may disagree on this.) So i went to the doctor earlier today and i was diagnosed with some new ailment that has only recently surfaced due to societies increased time spent on the computer.
