22 Mar 19 UTC Autumn, 1997: And that's it for me!
23 Mar 19 UTC Spring, 1998: All right, time to take this game seriously!
31 Mar 19 UTC Autumn, 1999: You said it!
31 Mar 19 UTC Autumn, 1999: That's it! I'm going to destroy Britain for mocking me!
06 Apr 19 UTC Spring, 2001: In a revolutionary first, Egypt has outsmarted Spain!
11 Apr 19 UTC Spring, 2002: Hello
11 Apr 19 UTC Spring, 2002: a little Arabic Spring in Egypt left some new faces in power. If anyone wants to discuss the deep secrets of the universe and the meaning of life with me, I will gladly answer. Otherwise I think my game from here on will mostely consist of looking north, Spain can probably relate to that :D
28 Apr 19 UTC I am very sorry to say that I wont be able to sign in moves for a week. It would be great if you could cast pause until the op gives my country to a nother player.
28 Apr 19 UTC Contact the mods please. My pause vote is in nevertheless.
29 Apr 19 UTC I've also voted pause
29 Apr 19 UTC Turkey?
29 Apr 19 UTC Oh hell no. We all vote pause and then the round processes anyway. This is BS.
29 Apr 19 UTC I'm contacting the mods on this one.
30 Apr 19 UTC So apparently one of you, I assume Turkey waited to vote pause until after the round had processed, and so the mods won't do anything. I think it was a really shitty, unsportsmanlike move, but here we are. I'll have to disband three armies and have lost vital position. A solo is almost certainly impossible now, so I'll be voting draw.
30 Apr 19 UTC Just to clarify, I'm not saying there was necessarily the intent to game the rules here, it may just have turned out that way. Also, it is unclear whether a solo was possible even without this development. But it's definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and I would rather just draw the game at this point. This is draw-size, not sum of squares, so it's mostly to my detriment to agree to this.
03 May 19 UTC I am honestly sorry it turned out this way. I vote draw too.
03 May 19 UTC So you‘re back? Then we should vote unpause.
My opinion-we should at least eliminate Germany. He does not deserve to be included in the draw.
03 May 19 UTC if we are going to end the game because of the pause, we should end it now
03 May 19 UTC if we are going to end the game because of the pause, we should end it now
03 May 19 UTC otherwise, yes im back and we can also just play on
03 May 19 UTC Ukraine, any argument that Germany doesn't "deserve"to be in the draw would also apply to you. Germany is still alive because I haven't killed him. You are still alive because Turkey hasn't killed you.
04 May 19 UTC agreed
04 May 19 UTC same goes for me i guess
04 May 19 UTC Thanks France
06 May 19 UTC okay lets work towards a solution. Turkey you have not taken part in the discussion so far. What is you stand on this?
06 May 19 UTC Egypt France and Germany have voted draw. Ukraine and Turkey have not. The three of us may have to work together to force the issue.
07 May 19 UTC well thats not how this works
07 May 19 UTC What do you suggest then?
07 May 19 UTC If we aren't going to draw, because Turkey and Ukraine want to continue the fight, then I assume Egypt and Turkey will withdraw to the previous positions before the unfair advantage taken around the pause, right? Turkey will walk out of Naples, Venice, and Lapland, and Egypt will walk out of Algeria, right?
10 May 19 UTC Allright guys
10 May 19 UTC draw or continue of just cancel this damm game
10 May 19 UTC but let us not hang here forever
10 May 19 UTC Germany blocks it.
10 May 19 UTC Germany has not voted unpause. But Turkey and Ukraine have not voted Draw. IF Turkey and Ukraine vote Draw then the game is over.
10 May 19 UTC That is unsportsmanlike like of Germany.
10 May 19 UTC Glad I brought Turkey into the chat at least
10 May 19 UTC lol
10 May 19 UTC Turkey, do you want to talk about what else is unsportsmanlike?
10 May 19 UTC Okay guys lets quit the bitching around and end this game way end or another
11 May 19 UTC GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
11 May 19 UTC Can you clarify, what is an excused missed turn?
11 May 19 UTC There's a link at the top of the page that explains it - it's a new feature
11 May 19 UTC It's a new feature, have a look at the forum svp
11 May 19 UTC Thanks, just saw it. Really wish that had been in place a week ago.
