01 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2001: Appears to me that BC, California and possibly Texas have a 3 player alliance but my mind reading/fortune telling abilities have been in question before lol. ;)
01 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2001: I'm jk loling.
01 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2001: lol, I wish!
01 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2001: Heartland and BC alliance, bro

look at the map
01 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2001: He said 3-way :)
01 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2001: So Cali BC Heartland?
01 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2001: Nah.
02 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2001: what a thing to say against the ally you recruited to fight BC, Quebec...
02 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2001: Right. Did t you try to recruit me against Heartland too?
02 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2001: Ok bro, if you want to really go into what I said to individual players in the game of Diplomacy, no one's gonna stop you.. lol
02 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2001: BC if you really think you will gain something out of this alliance.

I will let you know you are delusional :(
02 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2001: All your chickens have come to roost, Quebec. We will not suffer your double dealings any longer!
02 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2001: I mean okay.. you can pretend to be good guy and all but let's not try to pretend you didn't agree to helping each other defend Manitoba and Ungava against BC's southward campaign..

You are free to attack me and whatever because this is a game of Diplomacy, but don't lie about chickens roosting or something... it's really cruel to see you play another player like that :(
02 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2001: Literally changed my order at the last minute due to your outrageous claims. Next time don't try to smear an ally you rely on to keep you alive... this is what happens.
02 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2001: Okay bro, if you really want to look that cool. Try all you want no one's gonna stop you
02 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2001: Stay edgy, my friend.
02 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2001: don't tell me what to do
02 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2001: Stay edgy. my friend.
06 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2002: I hope you are proud of your 6 centers BC
06 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2002: my job here is done.. everyone good luck
06 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2002: Did you not want to play anymore ?
07 Jul 18 UTC Spring, 2003: That is like the French losing the 100 year war to the Brits in a two week time frame and saying , " we fought a good war to the bitter end and showed those pesky British Troops a thing or two."
07 Jul 18 UTC Spring, 2003: @Q - I'm neither proud nor not proud, neither do I deserve any blame in this. It is impossible to survive this game by buddying up with all of your neighbours and enjoying the numerous pleasures of Anchorage.I get that you are frustrated at being eliminated in the first few years, but it's part of the game. I has happened to me in other games and could easily happen to me in this game at some point. I had to go somewhere and Quebec was by far my best option. It is nothing personal. This is a game. You inherited a bad situation and did your best to resolve it until you decided to give up all of your centres to others. Perhaps if you had continued the battle the situation would be different.
07 Jul 18 UTC Spring, 2003: I am not really frustrated

Just believe that you going out full force on a fellow 5 center power while allying up with an 8 center power was funny

And then claim that I shouldnt have given up and continued to fight, while you just kept on charging at me

In other words, you wanted me to fight him while you would take the centers for free when you have three troops near my borders

Nice try, but maybe I might have considered falling for your “plan” if you at least pretended to communicate with me
07 Jul 18 UTC Spring, 2003: Believe it or not, thats what Heartland did, and he gets awarded for actually playing the diplomacy part of this game

So next time, maybe learn that just completely eliminating a weaker neighbor without a solid long term plan may cause you to make this kind of situation happen for ya
07 Jul 18 UTC Spring, 2003: Quebec. Start a 2nd game after this one. All of us can learn how to play the game together.
12 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2004: New Mexico checking in
12 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2004: My situation is dire.
12 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2004: Nah, Mexico S Guerrero to Guadalajara and your comeback is off and running. Unstoppable.
17 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2005: Texas. You are my best friend. That last turn you did helping peru in yucatan gave me a huge laugh and a rueful grin. Well played.
17 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2005: Texas. You are my best friend. That last turn you did helping peru in yucatan gave me a huge laugh and a rueful grin. Well played.
17 Jul 18 UTC Autumn, 2005: Speaking about best friends, Florida here...
01 Aug 18 UTC Autumn, 2011: GameMaster: springm4 was banned: Multi/meta/no reply. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player.
Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily!
01 Aug 18 UTC Autumn, 2011: can i replace him
01 Aug 18 UTC Autumn, 2011: Cheaters never prosper : ^ )
02 Aug 18 UTC Autumn, 2011: Moderator: (Claesar): Unfortunately, Quebec, we do not allow eliminated players to take over positions in that same game.
02 Aug 18 UTC Autumn, 2011: but, but... but..... !
03 Aug 18 UTC Autumn, 2011: No arguing with the moderators. They do good work on this site.
08 Aug 18 UTC Spring, 2013: I'm just catching up on this game. That backstab of BC on Heartland... breaks my heart. Florida still has a solid lead yet votes for a draw. This is exciting!
08 Aug 18 UTC Spring, 2013: Don't forget the plucky California Volunteer's, eating BBQ in Dallas.
08 Aug 18 UTC Spring, 2013: cry everytime
10 Aug 18 UTC Autumn, 2013: I am annoyed by the map because it misled me to believe Lakes Superior and Huron are connected - the two have a clearly marked border - but they are not.
10 Aug 18 UTC Autumn, 2013: Yeah, I have to check the rules more often on this map than any other. i.e. no visual representation of the NYC-NYS-L ON canal.
11 Aug 18 UTC Spring, 2014: The canal would be easy to represent too - a simple sea blue line through the areas would suffice.
18 Aug 18 UTC GG. Thanks everyone. Back when I decided to attack HL I really wasn't sure if it was the right decision. I thought they had a stronger position because of my lack of armies at the time, but I went ahead and it was fun fighting it out.
18 Aug 18 UTC I gambled a lot on my offensives and lost. Good game, though!
18 Aug 18 UTC Good game.
18 Aug 18 UTC Nice florida
