08 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 1994: I am France, so I drink too much wine and start making white flags.
08 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 1994: Are you offering me Paris already? ;)
10 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1994: Do I get to pick my units or where they go?
10 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1994: Yes. You select your builds.
10 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1994: how?
10 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1994: nm. Ian explained the retreat phase.
16 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 1996: Who knew there was such a vendetta against me.
16 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 1996: Oh wow - it appears Spain was a bigger threat than the Germans.
16 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 1996: #priorities
16 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 1996: Viva la revolution!
18 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1996: Oops
18 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1996: France drank too much and was hung over yesterday -_-
18 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1996: The entire country?
19 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 1997: Wow. I was experimenting with some moves and the turn changed when I wasn't expecting it. Oops.Yay. Gotta remember to check that clock when messing about!
22 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 1998: So apparently Egypt, England, Italy, and France are all allied.

So Germany, Poland, Russia and Turkey might wanna keep that in mind.

Egypt just confirmed it, but plans on denying. Russia can confirm, sitting next to me while he said it.
22 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 1998: Egypt confirmed in only in your dreams. haha
France and I have never even spoken once. Wow, nice to know I'm in an alliance with someone I haven't spoken to. :)
22 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 1998: Well, maybe I should ally with France then. LOL
22 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 1998: And I don't even need to confirm the alliance with Italy. Any dummy can see I never took Naples. But this uber alliance conspiracy theory? As Donald Trump would say, 'Fake news!' :P
22 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 1998: We need to send in the UN to Egypt to confirm reports of human rights violations.
22 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 1998: Egypt can neither confirm nor deny any human rights violations at this time. Know that we are investigating this matter and that we love small children.
22 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 1998: It's not our fault the rest of the world thinks it's wrong to have young children manning the guns on our battleships. We find this practice both efficient use of man power and a fine character building exercise for our future generations. In Egypt, we all share equally in the risk of death in the defense of our great nation.
22 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 1998: God Save the Queen

God save our gracious Queen,
Long live our noble Queen,
God save the Queen!
Send her victorious,
Happy and glorious,
Long to reign over us,
God save the Queen!

O lord God arise,
Scatter our enemies,
And make them fall!
Confound their knavish tricks,
Confuse their politics,
On you our hopes we fix,
God save the Queen!

Not in this land alone,
But be God's mercies known,
From shore to shore!
Lord make the nations see,
That men should brothers be,
And form one family,
The wide world ov'er

From every latent foe,
From the assasins blow,
God save the Queen!
O'er her thine arm extend,
For Britain's sake defend,
Our mother, prince, and friend,
God save the Queen!

Thy choicest gifts in store,
On her be pleased to pour,
Long may she reign!
May she defend our laws,
And ever give us cause,
To sing with heart and voice,
God save the Queen!
22 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 1998: k.
22 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 1998: PEROGIES ARE THE BEST! THE WORLD WILL EAT OUR PEROGIES AND THEY WILL LOVE THEM!
22 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 1998: Can you send some down here though the blockade?
22 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 1998: Thx Mitch. Now I have God Save the Queen stuck in my head.
23 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1998: Everyone vote pause
23 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1998: for the weekend
23 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1998: done
23 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1998: Looking at this map makes me want to play Medieval: Total War 2 again.
25 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1998: Unpause time?
25 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1998: I've already cast my unpause vote.
27 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1998: GL to all this move... except the bad guys of course... wait, we're all backstabbing bad guys!
29 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1999: Vote Pause
29 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1999: Hmm... only one that seems to be gaining anything is Johnny.
29 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1999: I see that a lot of people did support holds on units that were moving. That doesn't work. Support Hold old works on a non-moving unit. So Bosnia-Croatia, even though Croatia bounced back and didn't actually move, the command it was given was to move, so the support from Bosnia doesn't apply.

If you have questions about how certain move interactions work, come ask me and I can answer or help find the answer in the Diplomacy rules and unit tests.
30 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1999: Vote Pause
01 Oct 17 UTC Autumn, 1999: On the plus side, looks like the only turns that will be happening this weekend are this current retreat and a build.
09 Oct 17 UTC Autumn, 2001: Vote Unpause
09 Oct 17 UTC Autumn, 2001: Unpause
09 Oct 17 UTC Autumn, 2001: I see everyone has been on recently, but several people didn't hit Ready on their turn. Are we going to wait the full day for this after unpause?
11 Oct 17 UTC Autumn, 2001: Hey guys, since it seems inevitable that Ukraine will win, let's all start hitting the Ready button, so we can move through turns more quickly.
11 Oct 17 UTC Spring, 2002: Or, just vote Draw now and get it over with. On to a more fair game where Russia wasn't a free grab from the beginning to unbalance everything.
12 Oct 17 UTC Spring, 2002: Holy crap just ready up and quit waiting till the last minute every single turn.
13 Oct 17 UTC Autumn, 2002: Yeah seriously. Booooorrrinnng!
13 Oct 17 UTC Autumn, 2002: Turn has changed.
14 Oct 17 UTC Autumn, 2002: No need to pause, since it's retreat and build...
14 Oct 17 UTC Autumn, 2002: I wonder who's going to win this game??? LOL
Why are we still going?
15 Oct 17 UTC Autumn, 2002: Johnny should be able to finish it up this round I think...
17 Oct 17 UTC YES! WE HELD PARIS!
Paris ne sera jamais à toi!
