Spring, 1996: So on this map it's possible to build units in any of your supply centres, not just your home ones? Anything else about it that's different?

Autumn, 1996: There are no home SCs. In the Adjustments Phase, a unit may be built at any owned and open SC." RULE BOOK" IMO It should be old 3 like we know it.

Autumn, 1996: Then it would be no different, and not a new challenge. This changes MANY of the old strats, and I like new challenges. Altho there should be no countries with only 3 starting SC's..........
