04 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1999: Best of luck, everyone!
04 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1999: Good Luck to you all and may the best South American country win!
05 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1999: gl
05 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1999: what is the double arrow between ungava and munawut?
does it mean land passage ?
05 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1999: Yes. It's also along the Upper Penninsula in Michigan as well.
05 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1999: how come Peru is a power? they don't have anything
Colombia makes more sense
05 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1999: Why are you playing the game if you didn't even bother to read the variant's description and are questioning the author's decisions? It's just a game so play it and have fun. Yeesh!
05 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1999: Te amo Peru! I only hope Draugnar can do that beautiful country justice...
05 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1999: Probably not, but I will do my best. :-)
06 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 1999: The spawning locations for NY are absolutely stupid
06 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 1999: NYC, NJ, and Phil?
06 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 1999: No fleets in the Great Lakes for you!
06 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 1999: (Though don't forget -- a Fleet in NYC can move to NY State and vice versa.)
06 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 1999: It does seem wrong to have the only two fleet SCs to share the same water space. Or does NYC provide access to Mass Bay?
06 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 1999: Both lead into Cape May, but a fleet in NYC could also move to NYS. So it's not completely foolish.
06 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 1999: Can it move from NYC into Ontario or the Great Lakes?
06 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 1999: Yes, from NYS to Lake Ontario, Lake Erie, Ontario, Western Penn, Bea, or Montreal (I believe that's it). Click on the link to the variant page ("Fall of the American Empire IV", up above) if you've got more questions :)
06 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 1999: I did, and NYS is not listed as connecting to the Great Lakes system of waterways.

In that case, I retract my statement about the poor choice of SCs for New-York.
12 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 2001: 5 got bigger, 5 got smaller or managed to stay even... But only one got bigger by 2 SCs. :-)
14 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 2002: i am having some internet issues,so if for some reason i nmr or cd ,i pressed pause just in case so you can find a substitute or wait for me to come back.
