05 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 2000: [Near-East]:Hello everyone! I hope you all have a marvelous game!
05 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 2000: [China]:Thanks, same for you and everybody else!
05 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 2000: [China]:I'm proud of being one of the main suppliers -and consumers- of opiate of the masses.
07 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Brazil]:Greetings, all! Hope this is an enjoyable game for everyone!
14 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 2003: [South-Africa]:Greetings New South Africa here
19 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 2004: [India]:Hello from the new India.
23 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 2005: [Near-East]:Europe, Russia, and India all left. I'm hitting draw for ethical reasons; it's just ridiculous.
23 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 2005: [India]:Agreed, although I think you meant Kenya not India. (I'm still here, although barely.) Whatever y'all decide, I'm pretty much done anyway.
23 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 2005: [Europe]:I'm back.
23 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 2005: [Europe]:I see the voltures were already lined-up at my corps :)
Well the corps ain't dead yet and it might bite back.
25 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 2005: GameMaster: 103166 Slav Yolov was banned: violating gunboat rules/multi. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player.
Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily!
25 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 2005: [Frozen-Antarctica]:New management in Frz-Ant. Looking for two or three good allies to share in a three or four way draw.
25 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 2005: [Quebec]:Welcome flc64! :o)
I knew something was rotten about the previous king of the penguins! :o)
29 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 2006: [South-Africa]:Who Paused ?
29 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Near-East]:I think the game glitched so they're giving us more time. I couldn't get on earlier. Everyone just hit unpause.
03 Jul 13 UTC Autumn, 2007: GameMaster: Kinshasa Rising was banned: multi. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player.
Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily!
10 Jul 13 UTC Autumn, 2009: [South-Africa]:Lol FA you killed both of us - well done
26 Jul 13 UTC Autumn, 2013: [Europe]:If it's not to inconvenient I'd like to ask for a pause through sunday.
26 Jul 13 UTC Autumn, 2013: [Quebec]:It's ok for me.
27 Jul 13 UTC Autumn, 2013: [Near-East]:Actually, I think we may be good without a pause at all. These retreats will carry us to Sunday morning, the builds, which Europe doesn't have, carry us to Sunday night, and he has Monday to give next spring's orders. I'm hitting unpause.
07 Aug 13 UTC Spring, 2016: [South-Africa]:Im happy to draw once FA is out. Just throwing it out there.
13 Aug 13 UTC Autumn, 2017: [South-Africa]:How many god damned times can a guy be backstabbed in just ONE match? Holy fuck.
14 Aug 13 UTC Autumn, 2017: [Europe]:It depends on the level of your stupidity.
14 Aug 13 UTC Autumn, 2017: [South-Africa]:Given youre being taken out as well - what does that say about you genius?
17 Aug 13 UTC Autumn, 2018: [Near-East]:yessssssssssssssssssssssss. USA quit! I'm attacking him before a new guy shows up. If humanwithanemailadress comes back, I'll give back the centers, but with the player gone, my alliance (and Quebec's alliance) with USA is dissolved. I think I can wait until the deadline to make sure he's gone. It looks like I will get a solo after all :D.
17 Aug 13 UTC Autumn, 2018: [South-Africa]:Well can you take them from USA and leave something for me to reclaim from this game - its been amusing and surprising how long I lasted given how many assaults i had to weather - itd b a shame to come out with nothing.
18 Aug 13 UTC Spring, 2019: [Near-East]:Not a problem. Assuming Maw and the Americas go to Quebec, that leaves me with 9 from the USA. I'll only have to take one from you or Europe to win. My highest priority is winning, but I am still allied with Quebec. I prefer to keep my promises if it makes no difference to the end result, and it doesn't. I leave it to Quebec to take your centers, and while I will not oppose him, I don't see any particular need to help him any further and I didn't promise to do so.
Incidentally, I wouldn't oppose any actions you might take against Europe and I won't take any of your centers until I need to, which should take a while. :)
19 Aug 13 UTC Autumn, 2019: [USA]:Dammit, forgot I would have no/limited internet access while on vaca. I hope you guys abide by our deal and let me take back what I lost while I still do have connection :(
20 Aug 13 UTC Autumn, 2019: [Near-East]:I apologize, SA, for the necessity of taking your centers. Now that USA is back, it will become much harder for me to get the necessary builds for a win.
Now, I will present two scenarios to you. The first scenario is with you allying with Quebec. In this, you would keep all three of your fleets and attempt to defend your home centers. This will not work. Next turn, I would move CAR-Con, Zaire-Ang, Zam-Nam, and triple attack SAf. If you and Quebec all support hold SAf you can defend it, barely, and lose Con and soon after Namibia. This scenario quickly results in your defeat.
The other scenario is for you to keep your army in Niger and fleet in the EAO and ally with me. In this scenario your army would be acting as my proxy to support me into Europe's centers. I would have no reason to eliminate you as doing so would act against my self interest, and you know that I'd never do that. You could attack Algeria Mali and Ghana and Europe could only defend one of them at a time. I don't look forward to having to defeat you, but I will if I have to.
21 Aug 13 UTC Spring, 2020: [Near-East]:I think it may be best if we paused here. I don't think USA can use the internet right now.
21 Aug 13 UTC Spring, 2020: [Quebec]:I'm fine with that...
21 Aug 13 UTC Spring, 2020: [Near-East]:Um, hit pause please??
21 Aug 13 UTC Spring, 2020: [Quebec]:Oh... I thought it was enough if only one player hits that... Sorry; that's my first pause. :o)
08 Sep 13 UTC [Near-East]:Good game ya'll.
