17 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Near-East]:Hey! I think that given the fact that it's only Autumn 2001, it's too early to say much about the state of the board. However, since you're new, I extend my hand in alliance, and pledge before the entire board not to take *any* of your SCs for at least 2 years. I hope this can be the start of something wonderful.
17 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 2001: [USA]:I'll make that same pledge, despite my obvious claim on Zambia.
17 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Near-East]:Zambia, really? Given your president, USA, I would have thought you'd have a claim on Kenya instead.
17 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Quebec]:I'm coming directly for Namibia, you have no idea.
17 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Kenya]:Seeing that's on my border, I can only permit western access to the country. There will be a visitor's pass ready for pick-up at the gate (in French for your convenience).
17 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Europe]:We'll accept an alliance if you adopt a strictly satellite status.
19 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Pacific-Russia]:longest....phase.....ever
19 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Kenya]:like, EVER!
19 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 2001: GameMaster: Scotty's Back was banned: multi. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player.
Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily!
19 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 2001: (jmo1121109): I am going to let this game to continue, though please let me know if someone named "Scotty's back again" takes over for Kenya.
19 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Near-East]:Hard to tell, JMO, since we're all anon :(
19 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 2001: (jmo1121109): ...that is an excellent point. I will keep an eye on this game then, lol.
24 Apr 13 UTC Spring, 2002: [Near-East]:Please get your orders in, everyone! We don't need *another* round of replacements.
25 Apr 13 UTC Spring, 2002: [Pacific-Russia]:Yes, I echo that sentiment - a lot of you don't have your moves in!
25 Apr 13 UTC Spring, 2002: [South-Africa]:I've been waiting for some folks to respond to me- feels a bit like a gunboat game here.
29 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 2002: [Pacific-Russia]:Welcome to the new China, although I fear this game will be somewhat short lived for you...
09 May 13 UTC Spring, 2003: [Ghana]:I'm winning this game and y'all ain't ghana do anything about it!
17 May 13 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Pacific-Russia]:Hmmm...did a Chinese fleet magically turn into an Oz fleet?
17 May 13 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Quebec]:If you have no scs your unit goes grey untill it disbands
17 May 13 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Pacific-Russia]:good to know!
17 May 13 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Kenya]:Kenya's about to fuck shit up
17 May 13 UTC Autumn, 2003: [South-Africa]:Great!
18 May 13 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Pacific-Russia]:sooooooo sloooooooow
18 May 13 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Near-East]:Well we wouldn't have to retreat if you weren't a meanie-head!

-pout-
26 May 13 UTC Spring, 2004: [South-Africa]:Any chance the two retreaters could finalize their orders?
24 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Pacific-Russia]:Now our game is getting interesting :)
24 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Western-Canada]:Depends on how you look at it...
24 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 2006: [South-Africa]:Much more interesting. :)
24 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 2006: [South-Africa]:Personally, I like the graphics bug that has Pacific Russia convoying an army to Nevada. :)
24 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Pacific-Russia]:Big convoys like this always make me think of the Care Bear stare....anyone else? In this case, No Heart is hiding in Nevada.
29 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 2007: [Pacific-Russia]:Did we just get 24 hours or so added to the phase?
29 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 2007: [South-Africa]:Happened to my other game too. Will finalize mine soon.
29 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 2007: [Pacific-Russia]:Cool, thanks :)
09 Jul 13 UTC Spring, 2008: [Pacific-Russia]:This is a bit of a shame about Oz...hope he comes back.
19 Jul 13 UTC Spring, 2009: [South-Africa]:Hi Everyone,

I'm away from internet access until Sunday night- so won't be finalizing my retreats until the clock runs out- that should give me plenty of time. Hope everyone has a good weekend!
19 Jul 13 UTC Spring, 2009: [Pacific-Russia]:No worries - I'm going to be travelling somewhat extensively in August. I don't think I will need a pause or anything, but I too probably won't finalize retreats and builds when that happens.

3 day phases make for looooong games
19 Jul 13 UTC Spring, 2009: [Europe]:No rush - if you need a pause I would of course have no reservations. Have a good weekend too!
02 Sep 13 UTC Autumn, 2013: [South-Africa]:oops! go away for a while, and look what happens..
03 Sep 13 UTC Autumn, 2013: [Europe]:Unfortunate. Surely it would be wise to enter moves earlier within the available three day phase!
03 Sep 13 UTC Autumn, 2013: [South-Africa]:Problem is that it takes a long time to figure out 25 moves! (This is my first foray into World Diplomacy, and I'm beginning to appreciate regular Diplomacy more..)
03 Sep 13 UTC Autumn, 2013: [Pacific-Russia]:I do my moves in geographic chunks rather than from top to bottom...easier to manage.
03 Sep 13 UTC Autumn, 2013: [South-Africa]:Could you maybe list your antarctic moves as an example? :)
03 Sep 13 UTC Autumn, 2013: [Europe]:I'm sure it goes along the lines of 'nice regions, we'll take it'
23 Sep 13 UTC Autumn, 2015: [Europe]:whoops.
23 Sep 13 UTC Autumn, 2015: [Europe]:That's what I get for taking a swim and forgetting about the imaginary world...
06 Oct 13 UTC Spring, 2017: [Pacific-Russia]:Man, 38 orders get's a bit difficult...
07 Oct 13 UTC Spring, 2017: [South-Africa]:with 19 it is getting easier.. :)
11 Oct 13 UTC [Pacific-Russia]:Well - good game all! Europe, again I'm sorry I didn't hold out for the draw, but this game was really driving me nuts!
11 Oct 13 UTC [Pacific-Russia]:When did this game start? February?
12 Oct 13 UTC [Europe]:End of march I think!

Good game all
