No thucy that is far from art - however if she had damaged it on purpose to show the world how fragile an economy is when items inflated way past their componant part value can so easily be distroyed by accident or design, now that would be art.

I don't think damaging a Picasso in ANY way would count as art... I mean, granted I couldn't really read into the painting too much, I've not the training, but it's a Picaso, significant to art and humanities...

And if someone used a First Folio of a Shakespeare Play as toilet paper I'd be outraged (and suggest they be executed in a Shakespearean manner- stabbed, eaten alive, cooked alive, limbs chopped off and bled to death, drowned, smothered, poisoned, stabbed by a poisoned rapier- take your pick.) ;)
