Ah but the low stakes games aren't as secure as you like to think, as it's there you are more likely to encounter cheaters and CD's in the higher stakes games generally people are pretty good about well everything.

agreed, though to be truly safe from a lot of the cheaters, a 101 bet would have been better, oh well, so far looks like reliable people are joining

Yes, 101 would have made it safer, but you know we are getting good players which is nice. I haven't played in a long while so I'm quite rusty though .. ;)

I noticed a comment regarding cheaters and CD's. What kind of cheating can take place and what's a CD?

cd is even someone doesnt show up for two turns
and cheaters are people who will enter one game with two different accounts

civil disorder, not turning in orders (ruins the game) multiaccounting and metagaming (using two accounts to help yourself win, or using relations with someone in real life to influence the game, usually cooperation in an unfair way)

reporting to gamesmaster

Can you guys answer me a question?
I joined a game for 147 with 17 sc's
because I will not call a draw and the game is deadlock, the other two players are stating they will report me to the gamesmaster and take my account off line.
Just because I will not press draw, I joined the game quite within the rules and can hold all my positions in this hold forever. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

France just went CD. It's a low cost game, and the position is actually pretty decent. France could easily gain some SCs from its distracted neighbors right now. If you like to take over CDs, give it a try!
