Why does the president nominate all members of the commission with the exception of the vice president who will be chairing the commission? Is it possible in your opinion that he will pick people who are biased in favour of the Republicans?

Trump doesn't have a good track record of choosing the best people.

I too have election concerns.

I don't believe there was mass illegal voting, but I've become very vocal about unconstitutional laws in Oklahoma and actions taken by certain election boards here that are reprehensible. It's been deemed unconstitutional to demand payment to get a candidate's name on the ballot, yet I'm fully aware of a friend who wanted to run for a city council seat and had to pay. And that's a situation that shouldn't have even happened because municipal candidates legally only have to file their declaration of candidacy.

This is one of many Oklahoma election issues that I have been trying to get addressed, but it's one I doubt this commission will consider if it just wants to tackle voter fraud.

I am sure it will be a mix of political people, some republicans, independents, maybe a few democrats.

Is this really what the right is talking about today?

Well until they come back with the result that Trump was wrong and he fires them for showboating.
