@steephie no, I included the rules and backstory here for you all to read and get familiar with. You can all ask me clarifying questions. Sunday I will start an actual game thread and you will have until Monday 11th to create your charter, decide which experts you wish to accompany you, and stock your ship. If you finish early then your ship will depart early. As of right now i've had response from all but TrPrado so here is the list of first phase participants as of now:

@TrPrado - the materials of production: iron and wood are the "currency" of technology. Each new build will require a portion of each and some builds will require these materials for maintenance.
The materials of life: food and health will be needed to maintain your population. The higher your level of health the less a plague will hurt you. Food is needed to maintain your population.
Silver is currency, you can use it to trade, but remember silver is why Playdipia wants you off the colony. Also if you send regular shipments of silver back to Classica then the king will supply you more and more assistance.

Knowledge is gained through adding experts with knowledge and starting programs which help proliferate knowledge. Knowledge is a hidden material and you will never know for sure how a decision will affect knowledge but use common sense. Creating a schooling system will increase knowledge killing off your Youth will not.
