Sorry, not implying anything -- the sexual content (tamer than most episodes of Game of Thrones) is what some people know the game series for. There are a number of side-quests (and a few main ones) that allow Geralt to act the womanizing sly dog that he is. For the record, the game is a whole lot of fun as a game, even if you roll your eyes at the R+-rated sexual stuff.
The game does force some choices in relationships and allies that change story elements, enable certain missions, and so forth. Usually, this amounts to "do you help X against Y, or Y against X?" The game seems very robust, however, and none of the choices I made boxed me into a corner later.
You also have some choices in leveling your character, but again, the game seems flexible enough that any number of builds will leave you with a fighting chance to the end. In RPG terms, Geralt is a gish (fighter/magic user) -- I focused on swordplay and potions, pretty much ignored spells, and had some fights that were very tough but rarely horrifying.
The one reaaally frustrating, and unskippable, encounter was a giant pain that took me many, many "reload saves" to get right. Once you get past it, though, the game is smooth sailing. Great story overall, good voice acting, a rich world, and a great lead character -- pick the thing up on Steam and let me know what you think.
